  • Chain of title assembly: compilation and organization of all underlying rights documentation, option agreements, and assignment records
  • E&O insurance coordination: preparation and organization of the documentation package required by E&O brokers and carriers
  • Clearance report management: coordination of screenplay and film clearance reports, name and likeness clearances, and product/logo clearance documentation
